Second Round Winners

The Vietnam Development Forum received thirteen applications for the Second Round of Research Competition by the end of April 2004. After reviewing their research proposals and further inquiries to some applicants for clarification, the following research projects have been selected as winners. They will be contacted for further details in research design and procedure.

Additional winners may be announced in the future.
